Meet The Team

Wayne co-founded Total Water Products Limited with Paul in 2010. Following a military career, he has been involved in manufacturing for over 20 years, working for various multinational chemical companies. He has an intuitive understanding of chemical properties and is the brains behind most of TWP's formulations. Wayne also oversees both our production and compliance procedures, ensuring that orders are delivered correctly and efficiently. 

Starting off in the industry as a lifeguard in the 1980s. Paul has held just about every job there is in the wet leisure industry and brings with him a wealth of technical experience that he is more than happy to pass on to our customers. Since starting the business, Paul has built long–term relationships with distributors and retailers all over the world, which he is keen to ensure are only strengthened over time. 

Zac started at TWP at the age of 20 as a Production Operative and now manages our day-to-day warehouse operations, from ensuring orders get to where they need to be to overseeing innovation in the way we work. Zac is also behind much of our digital development, including spearheading the introduction of instructional QR codes on our product packaging to improve the end–user experience. 

Sam is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships and providing technical guidance to end users of our products. In addition, his background in statistics and evaluation is instrumental in shaping how we develop as an organisation to deliver the best results to our ever-growing customer base.  

Jamie is TWP's longest–serving employee, having joined the team in 2015. During his time with the company, Jamie has become an accomplished chemical blender and is responsible for the batch production of bulk products.
